- General Fund – Earnings from the general fund are distributed to non–profit organizations in the Devils Lake Area by the DLAF Trustees Committee.
- Alf & Rolf Bo – Alf Bo established this fund. The Trustee’s Committee distributes the earnings.
- Alf J. Bo Trust – Established by Alf J. Bo, the income is distributed to Lake Region State College.
- Beth Rogers Johnson Theater Trust – Murray and Beth Johnson established this fund. The income is used to make possible a theater experience for Lake Region area children.
- Centennial Fund – The Centennial Committee established this fund. The income is used for community projects in the City of Devils Lake and Ramsey County.
- Crane Family Foundation – Established by Donald and Rhea Crane, the earnings from this fund are distributed to the Lake Region Anglers Club.
- Devils Lake Community Band Fund – This fund was established by the Board of Directors of the Devils Lake Elks Community Band to provide for long-term support of the band.
- Devils Lake High School Band Appreciation Fund – James Smutz established this fund. The income is distributed for the purpose of expressing appreciation to Devils Lake High School Band students.
- Devils Lake Public School – This fund was established by the Devils Lake Public Schools Board of Education. The income is distributed by the Devils Lake Public Schools Development Fund. Within this sub–account, there are several separate scholarship funds.
- Devils Lake Public Schools: Leevers Family Endowment Fund – Income used to help or improve the education of students in the DL Public Schools (such as rental of instruments, classroom projects, equipment, school or art supplies, teacher improvement).
- DL Public Schools: Edwin Berge Fund – Mr. Berge’s Last Will and Testament named the DL Public School Foundation as a beneficiary. It is to be used to benefit the second grade at Prairie View Elementary School where his sister, Thea Berge, taught for many years.
- DL Public Schools: Fine Arts Center – This sub account is being used to raise money to build a fine arts center on the DL High School.
- DL Public Schools: Joe Roller Fund – Provides two scholarships for the “total athlete”, one for a graduating male senior who participated in both football and track during their senior year and one for a graduating female senior who participated in both basketball and track their senior year.
- Dorothy Moshier Fund – Dorothy left a specific bequest to the DLAF with the income benefiting the youth of DL for non-sports programs.
- Emma Loe Scholarship Endowment: Concordia – Established by the Last Will & Testament of Emma Loe, income is distributed as scholarships to students from Towner County attending Concordia College – Moorhead, MN.
- Emma Loe Scholarship Endowment: UND – Established by the Last Will & Testament of Emma Loe, the income is distributed as scholarships to students from Towner County attending the University of North Dakota.
- Ethel & Willard Greenleaf Fund – This fund was established as a memorial to Willard D. and Ethel Greenleaf. The income is distributed to one or more organizations that are providing services directly to needy individuals in the Devils Lake Area.
- Founders – Rolf and Mary O. Glerum established this fund. The income is used to assist handicapped or needy students at Lake Region State College.
- Fred & Vivian Hoghaug Foundation – Fred and Vivian Hoghaug established this fund. Earnings are distributed to: St. Olaf Church; St. Olaf Retreat Center; Lake Region State College; Devils Lake Park Board. 40% is unrestricted and is distributed by the Trustee’s Committee.
- Fred & Vivian Hoghaug Foundation #2 – Fred and Vivian Hoghaug established this fund. The Trustee’s Committee distributes the earnings.
- George & Belle Mikkelson Foundation – Belle Mikkelson established this fund. The income is distributed 25% to the Ramsey County Salvation Army and 75% by the Trustee’s Committee.
- Inez Piltingsrud Scholarship Fund – Established in memory of Inez Piltingsrud by her family. Ms. Piltingsrud was an Elementary Education Teacher in the DL Public Schools. This fund provides scholarships to students completing two years of study at the Lake Region State College and are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.
- John Hagen Scholarship – His family, friends, and associates established this fund in memory of John M. Hagen. The income is used for scholarships at Lake Region State College for students interested in banking or business.
- Krantz Family Trust – This was funded with a gift of property from the Krantz Family Trust/Richard & Susan Jordahl. The income is directed to the Lake Region Heritage Center.
- Lake Region Community Fund – This fund was established by the Lake Region Community Fund of Devils Lake (formerly United Way of Devils Lake). The income is distributed by the Lake Region Community Fund.
- Lake Region Heritage Center – This was established by the Lake Region Heritage Center to provide for long term support of the Lake Region Heritage Center.
- Lake Region Public Library – Willard and Doris A. Greenleaf established this fund. The income is used for reference books in the adult library.
- Lake Region Skating Club – This fund was established with memorials for Gordon Stavang. The income is used for hiring a skating professional to work with the Lake Region Skating Club.
- Language Scholarship – Fred and Vivian Hoghaug established this fund. Earnings are used to assist Devils Lake High School students to enhance their education by allowing them the opportunity to attend one of the foreign language camps at the Concordia Language Village.
- Leo & Frances Dion – Established by Leo Dion to provide income to the Lake Region Public Library for the purpose of purchasing reading resources and reference materials.
- Leslie Strand Scholarship Fund –Laura L. Strand established this college scholarship fund in memory of her husband and son, both named Leslie Strand. The income is used for scholarships for graduating seniors from Minnewaukan High School.
- Lynn Hoghaug Donor Advised Fund – Funded by Lynn Hoghaug, this donor advised fund allows him to recommend qualified charities to receive the income.
- James & Yvonne Mahoney Fund– Established by James and Yvonne Mahoney to provide income to the Lake Region Public Library and St. Joseph Catholic Church.
- McKay Trangsrud Fund – Marjorie McKay Trangsrud established this fund. The income is distributed to the St. Olaf Lutheran Church of Devils Lake to their Mission Fund, the Arts Council of the Lake Region, the Lake Region Community Orchestra, and the Lake Region Heritage Center.
- Olson–Lake Charitable Trust – Established by Florence Lake, the Trustee’s Committee distributes the income.
- Our Savior’s Lutheran Church Endowment – Our Savior’s Lutheran Church of Devils Lake established this fund as a permanent endowment for the benefit of the church. Earnings are distributed to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church.
- Paul Jerome Endowment Fund – Established by Paul Jerome, the income is distributed to St. Joseph’s School and the Blue Line Club, both of Devils Lake.
- Pooled Income Fund – This fund enables donors to make gifts in the framework of a charitable gift annuity. Using a charitable gift annuity, a donor has the opportunity to make a charitable contribution and receive lifetime annuity payments. Upon the donor’s death, the remainder is distributed to the DLAF.
- Ramsey National Bank/Donor Advised Fund – Funded by Ramsey National Bank and its employees. This donor advised fund allows Ramsey National Bank to recommend qualified charities to receive the income.
- Senior Meals & Services – The Senior Meals and Services, Inc., Board of Directors established this fund. The income is used for the senior citizens in the area and may be used for capital improvements or services.
- Vivian Hoghaug Fund – Vivian Hoghaug established this as a charitable gift annuity. The income is distributed to the Ramsey County Salvation Army to be used to provide camping experiences for underprivileged children.
- Youth Hockey Endowment – The Devils Lake Blue Line Club established this fund. The income is used to assist the youth hockey program.
